下面几句都可以说：

She feeds the cat on fish.

She feeds the cat with fish.

She feeds fish to the cat.

She feeds the cat fish.

第一句是正常的英语，第二句不及第一句普通，第三句原来是美国英语，现在也可算正常，第四句是比较新的用法。
